SAHESS Second-Year Science Student Shines at the Global Learning Forum 2026


 We are proud to celebrate Edmond Osei Kwadwo, a second-year Science student of Sacred Heart SHS (SAHESS), for representing our school at the Global Learning Forum 2026.

Throughout the forum, Edmond actively engaged in discussions on adolescent leadership, advocacy, digital skills, and sustainable community development. His participation alongside young leaders from Ghana and other countries highlights the global impact and excellence of SAHESS students.

We commend him for being a true ambassador of Sacred Heart SHS and for making us proud on the international stage.

In an unforgettable journey through the pages of Ghana’s past, the History class of Sacred Heart Senior High School, accompanied by four dedicated supervisors, embarked on a three-day educational trip that brought their textbooks to life. Sacred Heart Senior High School Inaugurates New Board of Governors

Sacred Heart Senior High School held a formal inauguration ceremony on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, to welcome its newly constituted Board of Governors. The event took place at the school’s Conference Room, drawing key stakeholders from the educational and religious communities. The new board is chaired by  Rev. Fr. Dr. Peter Yaw Oppong Kumi , Founder and CEO of Pax Garments Ltd, Sunyani, and also Board Chair of Caritas Sunyani. His leadership is expected to bring a blend of entrepreneurial insight and deep commitment to service. In his inaugural remarks, Rev. Fr. Dr. Oppong Kumi emphasized the importance of collaboration and innovation in advancing the school’s mission. “Our mandate is to ensure that Sacred Heart SHS continues to thrive as a center of academic excellence and moral integrity,” he stated. SACRED HEART SHS MARKS 16 DAYS OF ACTIVISM AGAINST GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE WITH COMMUNITY DURBAR AND STREET FLOAT

  On Wednesday, 10th December 2025 , Sacred Heart Senior High School, Nsoatre, joined the global community to commemorate the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence , an annual international campaign aimed at raising awareness, strengthening protection systems, and encouraging collective actions toward ending sexual harassment and all forms of abuse. The 2025 celebration ran under the powerful theme “Ctrl + Alt + Delete: Erase Sexual Harassment – Protect Physical and Digital Spaces,” reflecting this year’s call to safeguard learners both offline and online. The colourful programme officially commenced at 1:30 p.m. with the arrival of dignitaries, after which Master Gideon Arko led the opening prayer.
